She is survived by: her parents, David Ray and Mary Lou Jurgenson (Walker); her daughter Adalynn Marie Jurgenson of South Bend, IN; and her siblings, Joy Lynn Haugen (Chris Edward) of Lafayette, IN and David Allen Jurgenson (Theresa) of Arizona.
