He was predeceased by: his wife Julie J. Ratajczak; and his parents, Rose M. Ratajczak and Arthur L. Ratajczak. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Ringler (Larry), Teresa Ratajczak and Larry Ratajczak; his nieces, Rashelle Stump (Donald) and Kristen Calleja (Roman); his children, Kristine Johnson (Damen Morczek), Lisa Evans (Mitch) and Jesse Ballew; and his grandchildren, Madeline Hubbard, Hayden Ratajczak, Sam Johnson, Dylan Beavo and Quinn Evans.
