It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolores Perkins of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Grzegorek and Clara F. Grzegorek (Gorney); her husband Alfred L. Perkins; and her brother Joseph. She is survived by: her daughter Lynda Tompkins (John); her grandchildren, Amanda Klug (Zak), Colton Tompkins, Ashlie Tejcek (Dustin), Meagan Kovach and Jake Kovach; and her great grandchildren, Elliana, Emersyn Klug, Blain, Cole and Emberlyn Tejcek.
