He is survived by: his wife Joan Bukowski of South Bend; his stepchildren, Luann Oppenheim (William) and Jack Bukowski of South Bend; his sister Barbara Ehle of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Cara Barnes (Scott), Daniel Oppenheim (Jamie), Kelly Hawkins (Tim) and Jared Bukowski; and his great grandchildren, Megan, Will Barnes, Riley, Brady, Ben Oppenheim and Georgeanna Hawkins. He is also survived by three daughters, one son.
