He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Urbanski and Sophie Urbanski (Lichtowich); his wife Lorraine Smolka; his son Robert Urbanski; and his siblings, June Milewski (Ron) and Paul Urbanski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Kazmierzak (David) and Sandra Molnar (Larry); his daughter-in-law Lori Urbanski; his grandchildren, Brian Kazmierzak, Eric Kazmierzak (Jillian), Samantha Wendzel (Kelby) and Alex Molnar; his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Mason, Grace and Lily; and his close friend Patricia "Pat" Deranek.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hope Ministries or the Foodbank of Northern Indiana.
