She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kurowski and Anna Kurowski (Grzywienski); her husband Ralph Putz; her brothers, Edward and Raymond Kurowski; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Putz and Gertrude Mestach.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Wilson (Tom), Diane Putz and Michael A Putz (Patricia); her grandsons, Shaun, Mark, Scott Wilson, Ryan, Matthew and Myles Putz; her great grandchild Hunter Wilson; and her brother-in-law Robert Putz.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 2505 Grace St., South Bend, IN 46619 and St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
