She is survived by: her children, Steven Gavin (Bernita), Candace Gavin–Fondren of Batesville, MS, Seabe Gavin, Jr. and Shai Lynn Gavin of South Bend; her sister Lena Poindexter; and her daughter Marva Jean Leonard. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren, 20 Great-Great Grandchildren.
