It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin Thomas Zakrzewski of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Zakrzewski and Mary Zakrzewski; his wife Barbara Zakrzewski; and his brother Theodore. He is survived by: his son Steven Zakrzewski; and his granddaughter Stevi J. Zakrzewski.
