Evelyn G. Kazmierzak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn G. Kazmierzak of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 8, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Tafelski and Nettie Tafelski (Kruszka); her husband Robert Kazmierzak; her daughter Sharon Kazmierzak; her granddaughter Jamie Takace; and her siblings, Virginia Tafelski, Clem, Edward, Alex, Dan and Ray Tafelski.
She is survived by: her sister Veronica; her sons, Rick Kazmierzak (Lyn) of Lakeville and James Kazmierzak (Kem) of Brownsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jill Bell (Chris), Josh Kazmierzak (Kacey), Chris Kazmierzak and Nick Kazmierzak; her grandson-in-law Chris Takace; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Zoey Takace, Chelsea Bell and Jamie Kazmierzak. She is also survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions should be directed to any organization that loves cats … just kidding Nana (cats frightened her)! In lieu of memorial contributions and flowers, the family asks that you be kind to others and hold your family close. And eat dessert first!
