It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Smith of South Bend, Indiana, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hicks and Doris Hicks (Bell); her husband Ronald Smith; and her sisters, Patricia Evans and Marylee Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Smith and Brad Smith (Angela); her grandchildren, Thomas Cruz (Sarah), Brandon Cruz, Cheyenne Smith and Jordan Smith; her great grandchild Eligio Cruz; and her siblings, Frances Barentine, Rosemary Fitzpatrick, Janice Gibbons, Edith Spitzley and Robert Hicks.
