He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett J. Coughlin, II and Betty Coughlin (Cannedy); his sister Mary; and his pet Annie. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Smith (David) of Satellite Beach, FL and Sean Coughlin of Apopka, FL; his sister Margaret Coughlin of Zephyrhills, FL; and his stepchildren, Janice Frisco (Brian) of Three Oaks, Mi and Steve Gore (Sarah) of South Bend, IN.
He is at peace now, after over a year of hospitalization with transplant complications and then Covid.
