He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Ethel Labis Sr. (Vida); his sister Gail Laskowski; and his nephew Brian Laskowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Duvall (Allen) and Robert Labis (Laura); and his siblings' children, Stacy Delgado, Amy Gutierrez, Ron Youngs, Kiley Darnell, Kolynn Labis and Gage Labis.
