It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George J. Rumpf III of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George J. Rumpf, Jr. and Maxine L. Rumpf (Fortier); his siblings, Greg Michael Rumpf, David Arthur Rumpf and Mary Jane Gordon; his siblings' children, Scott and Lisa; his wife Janet L. (Green-Carlton); his sister-in-law Cheryl (Torek); his son Scott E.; his grandchildren, Ava I. and Nathan S. Rumpf; his daughter Lisa Rumpf Alford; his grandson Kaleb Britton; his niece Mindy S. Casper; his great-nephews, Trent and Tyler Casper; his nephews, Greg M. Rumpf, Tim R. and Shelly Rumpf (McCaul); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brayden and Cameron; his granddaughters, Caleigh, Shawn Carlton, Ragen (Graf), Adelynn and Andi; Jill (Carlton) and Jeremy Satterfield.
