Gates; his children, Jackie Agillard-Jones of Hammond, LA, Shelia Peters of Hammond, Corinne Nelson of Benton Harbor, MI, Herbert Delone of Alamogordo, NM and Eric Agillard of Jacksonville, FL; his stepson Tramine Barr of South Bend, IN; and his siblings, Vera Thomas of Hammond, Doris Barnes of Hammond, Joanna Graham of Seattle, WA and Edward Delone of Baton Rouge, LA.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
