He is survived by: his children, April Martin-Downing of Fort Brags, NC, Richard of Fort Wayne, IN, Antonio of Fort Wayne, IN and Howard Martin, Jr. of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Rev. Charles A. Martin and Shirley Kelley of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
