He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber John and Louetta Belle Lovitt (Werntz); his granddaughter Crystal Blake; his son-in-law Randy Gann; his niece Sheila Barnett; and his sister Karen Pauwels.
He is survived by: his wife Lois (Hostetler); his children, Jimi Lovitt (Linda), Bobbi Gann, David Lovitt (Dawn), Sherry Lovitt and Kelly Smith (Cory); his grandchildren, Jenny Vance (Jesse), Sarah Blake (Brian Harter), David Blake (Dawn Popovits), Breanna Giles (Anthony Gartee), Hope Stafford (Josh), Cody Smith, Paige Lovitt (Jason Cain) and Gracey Lovitt; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Marissa, Jason, Angelina, Chase, Tori, Jordan, Aiden, Asher, Nathalie, Iris, Jared, Amehlia, Presley and Ivy; and his siblings, Andrea Kollars, Roger Lovitt and Chris Lovitt.
