He is survived by: his wife Rose Plump; his mother-in-law Rose Fulton of South Bend; his children, Jamillah Fulton of South Bend and Jahmad Fulton (Vanessa) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Jabril Braylock, Akili Braylock, My'Anna Braylock, Illaina Fulton, Francisco Fulton, Araceli Fulton, Catalyna Fulton and Iaer Fulton; his siblings, Tenika Cooper, Justine Montes (Francisco) and Theodore Fulton (Aaron); and his close friend Maddie Taylor. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
