He is survived by: his wife Bambi Warner of South Bend; his daughters, Jessica Baloun (Korry) of Mishawaka and Misti Alexander (RaShawn) of South Bend; his grandchildren, Tatiana, Ti'Shawna, Shayla and Gemma; and his sister Kay England-Bomar.
