He was predeceased by: his father Reynolds E. Price; his stepfather Robert Terry; his mother Mary F. Terry (Lefler); and his daughter Judith Rupchock. He is survived by: his son James L. Price of South Bend, IN; his grandchildren, Travis, Danielle, Sarah, Emily Rose and Michaela; and his sister Modena K. Hoover (Kenneth) of South Bend. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors or the Red Cross.
