He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Muller and John Muller; his sister Mary Thomas; and his nephew Greg Falk. He is survived by: his sisters, Patti Gill (David) of South Bend and Karen Block (Doug) of South Bend; his siblings' children, Debbie Earles (Mike), Dustin Gill (Stacia), Melissa Muller, Travis Block (Nancy), Eric Block (Jamie), Kevin Block and Cory (Sarah); and his friend Chris Thilman.
