John Richard Hoover Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Richard Hoover of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Harvey, Sr. Hoover and Alice Hoover; his brothers, Harvey Jr. and Bill; his nieces, Kelly Carpenter and Tara Francis; and his siblings, Cindy Francis (Terry), Tim, Mike (Fran), Ricky, Russell and Kevin. He is also survived by one aunt; and many cousins and their children.
With the pandemic stopping visitation in nursing homes and hospitals, John, as millions of others, was alone in his room, being confined from family and others who ordinarily visited.
Donations may be made to Cindy Francis to help with the supplies for the cookout.
