It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John E. Miller (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on March 11, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Miller and Sylvania Miller (Wireman); his spouse Dorsie Rife; and his siblings, Edna, Lois, Ruth, Oath Lee, Irene and Chalmer Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Ruthine Johnson (Ferrell) of South Bend, Frances Loper (Jerry) of South Bend, James Miller (Maxine) of Knox, Johnie Miller (Janet) of South Bend and Donald Miller (Sharon) of Granger; and his siblings, Geraldine Hanns of Claypool, Shelby Reed of Winamac and Jake Miller (Junior) of Poeria, AZ.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
The family request memorial contribution be made in John's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Drive, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the South Bend Fire Fighters.
