He is survived by: his children, Marissa Good (John) of Fort Wayne, Natalie Hatfield of Fort Wayne, Andrew Hatfield of South Bend and Joshua Hatfield of Fort Wayne; his sisters, Susan Husen and Patty Lubelski; and his sisters-in-law, Jenny Hatfield and Jenna Hatfield.
