We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2021, at the age of 80, Joseph B. Abair of South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Abair and Genevieve Abair (Hamilton); his wife Doris A. Abair; and his stepdaughter Layne Hotseller. He is survived by: his daughter Gale Piekarski (Ken) of Niles, MI; his grandson Jason Harwood (Tima) of Northville, MI; his great grandchildren, Nolan of Northville, MI and Mia Harwood of Northville, MI; his brother Dan Abair (MaryAnn) of Niles, MI; his stepchildren, Stephany Matthews of Fishers, IN and Scott; his stepgrandchildren, Zach Matthews (Stephanie), Phil Matthews (Heather), Mandy Hall (Keith) and Sarah Wessel (Ricky); and his cousin Monte Abair (Linda) of Buchanan, MI.. He is also survived by seven step great-grandchildren.
