He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Fuentes and Beatrice Fuentes (Escobedo); his son Rosendo Jose Fuentes; and his son-in-law Tyler Rokowski. He is survived by: his children, Joe Mijo Fuentes, Lisa Marie Tinoco and Anita; the mother of his children Josie Jimenez; his wife Cheryl Fuentes; his siblings, Maria Briones (Blasé), Rafhaela Vaca, Rosa Fuentes Woltman, Alicia Fuentes, Isabel Hardrict (Nick), Irma Burrows and Anastacio Fuentes (Stacy); his siblings-in-law, Judy, Laura, Phil, Pete and Joe Woltman; and his pet Pepe Fuentes.
