It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Progar of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Sargent and Allie Sargent; and her brother Ted Sargent (Barb). She is survived by: her children, Philip and Joyanna Progar; and her brother Curtis Sargent (Kittie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
