She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Yost and Helen Yost (Haas); her son Kent Thornton; and her brother Dale Yost. She is survived by: her children, Christine Griggs of Mishawaka, Theresa Gallegos-Hughes of Mishawaka and Rich Thornton (Angela) of Osceola; her siblings, Alfred Yost (Patty) of South Bend and Dalene Thomas (Jerry) of Greenville, OH; and her grandchildren, Joshua Griggs (Jennifer), Zachary Griggs, Jacques Gallegos (Jennifer), Breanna Gallegos, Kyle Thornton (Kate) and Kody Thornton (Koral). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
