She was predeceased by: her father Robert J. Sallee. She is survived by: her mother Jennifer J. Mercer (Day); her fiancé Tim Chudzicki of South Bend; her sons, Dylan of South Bend and Derrick Logan of South Bend; and her close friend Tanisha Breveard.
