He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wiggins and Ruth Wiggins (Matthews); his brother Noel Wiggins; and his spouse Billie Jean Scott. He is survived by: his brother Adrian Wiggins; and his children, Jonnie Lou Wiggins, Leslie Jo Cowles, Dr. Rick Alan Wiggins and Jack Dale Wiggins.
