She is survived by: her daughters, Autumn Oliver and Shawn Smith; and her sisters, Dawn VanPortFleet (Gullett), Carol Schneckenberger (Gullett) and Crystal Gullett. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
