She was predeceased by: her husband Wendell Klota; and her grandson Korey Simpkins. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Simpkins (Charles), Kristine Kopec, Joseph Klota, Thomas Klota, Wendell J. Klota (Lori Thomas) and Korrine Levendoski (Robert); her grandchildren, Michael Kopec (Maggie), Angela Kopec (David Saunders), Christopher Klota (Nikki), Adam Klota (Ashley), Kourtney Simpkins, Kasey Simpkins and Marissa Levendoski; her great grandchildren, Khloe, Kaiden, Kelton, Brayden, Alivia, Grace and Ryan; and her daughter-in-law Cheri Klota.
