Louise E. Karkiewicz Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise E. Karkiewicz (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Jeske and Elizabeth Jeske (Degovits); her husband Leo S. Karkiewicz; her son Kenneth Karkiewicz; her daughter-in-law Sue Karkiewicz; and her brothers, Robert Jeske, Charles Jeske and James Jeske.

She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Karkiewicz (Kathleen) and Gerald Karkiewicz Sr. (Robyn); her grandchildren, Kathleen Solomon (Mark), Kristine Unwin (Eric), Kary Karkiewicz, Melissa Urba (Paul), Gerald Karkiewicz Jr. (Stefanie), Bradley Bremener (Brendan), Kevin Karkiewicz (Tanya) and Kenny Karkiewicz Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Jeske, Mary Lou Jeske and Patricia Karkiewicz. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
