She is survived by: her son Kevin Hayes of South Bend; her grandsons, Shaun Hayes (Jessica) of Mishawaka and Chad Hayes (Sasha Napier) of Mishawaka; her great grandchildren, Isaac Hayes, Troy Hayes, Yazmyne Shawn, Bray Shawn, Hanna Hayes and Chloie Hayes; and her sister Janice Gustafson of Grand Rapids, Michigan..
