She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin J. Anderson and Marcella L. Anderson (Gillen). She is survived by: her brother-in-law Tom Witt (Connie) of Augusta; her husband David A. Witt of South Bend, Indiana.; her children, Greg Witt (Joelle) of South Bend and Emily Witt of South Bend; her grandchildren, Ethan Dowling, Kaitlyn Witt, Connor Witt and Bennett Strohan; her siblings, Barbara Shepperd (Dan) of Muncie, Sue Goralczyk (Kenny) of South Bend and Ed Anderson (Rita) of Woodlawn; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Witt of Mena and Marsha Rufer (Bruce) of South Bend. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marilyn's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Elara Hospice, or the St. Joseph County Humane Society.
