He is survived by: his father Jose Hernandez (Maria); his children, Mario Hernandez, Jr., Joshua Hernandez, Jasmine Hernandez, Selena Hernandez and Joey Hernandez; and his siblings, Daniel Hernandez (Ofelia), Yolanda Zalazar, Aurora Martinez (Domingo), Guadalupe, Fernando, Juan Hernandez (Norma), Jose Hernandez (Carolina), Guillernmo Hernandez (Nora), Ruben Hernandez (Alma), Elva Salinas (Efrain), Ricardo Hernandez (Lorane), Veronica Jimenez (Javier), Yadira Hernandez, Alma Hernandez, Enrique Hernandez (Amanda) and Yvette Diaz (Jose).
