It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie E. Guthrie-Forsythe of South Bend, Indiana, born in Mishawaka, Indiana, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Noble H. Garrett and Hope Garrett (Roose); her stepchildren, Margaret L. Lauderback and Sam L. Forsythe; and her siblings, Mary L. Crone, Phillip, Albert, Joseph and William Garrett.

She is survived by : her children, Barbara K. Guthrie of South Bend, Colleen F. Kryski of South Bend, Colette M. Guthrie (Chasity) of South Bend, Bryan L. Guthrie (Kathy) of South Bend and Michael R. Guthrie (Fawn) of South Bend; her stepchildren, Carmen L. Balok of South Bend, Phillip L. Forsythe of Virginia Beach, VA, Gregory L. Forsythe of Virginia Beach, VA and Frank O. Forsythe of North Liberty; and her brothers, Donald E. Garrett of North Liberty and Everett E. Garrett of Lakeville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
