He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil L. Milligan and Mary Milligan (Prater); his grandson Evan Michael Graveel; and his brothers, Lee Eldon, Dean, Norris, Keith and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Jeanne Brock of Chippewa Bowl; his children, David Peter Milligan (Kim) of South Bend, Janet Lynn Kling (Shad) of South Bend, Dawn Dodd of Arlington, IN, Jennifer J. Graveel (Michael) of South Bend and Christopher Milligan (Jessica) of South Bend; his brothers, Gary Milligan (Theresa) of South Carolina, Alton Milligan of Iowa and Barry Milligan of Virginia; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Milligan (Norris) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
