With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary F. (Mulstay) Swanson of South Bend, Indiana, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son John W. Phillips III; and her husband John W. Swanson (Jack). She is survived by: her daughter Catherine M. Horvath (William) of Mishawaka; her granddaughters, Courtney A. Horvath of South Bend and Katie M. Horvath (Spencer) of Granger; and her great grandchildren, Madisyn Gavros, Graham and Tanner Michael.
