Villanueva of South Bend, Indiana, born in Merrillville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 22, 2024 at the age of 46. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Salvadore and Soledad Villanueva; his godparents, Rebecca Villanueva and Conrad Villanueva; and his uncle Paul Villanueva.
He is survived by: his children, Tyler Villanueva (Eileen), Aaron Villanueva, Tori Villanueva, Aiden Villanueva, Akira Villanueva, Kylie Villanueva and Jaxson Villanueva; his mother Lydia Stamate (late Michael); and his brother Carlos Villanueva (Christy). He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Matt's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
