He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ross and Arelener Ross; and his siblings, Lillie Taylor and Izell Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Newsome of South Bend, Lottie McNeal, Estella Edwards of Geneva, Otis Smith and Taft Ross (Annette Thomas) of Clinton, MD. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
