It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Bukowski (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Elizabeth Bukowksi (Varga) and Walter John Bukowski, Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Walter (Michele) and William Charles (Vicki); and his siblings' children, Shannon Ard (Brad), Mary Mitschelen (Derrick), Becky Emery (Jared), Rachel Bukowski, Bill Bukowski and Daniel Bukowski. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
The family has requested that in lieu of flower, contributions may be made in his honor to ZB Falcons Nest #80 Building Fund or Pet Refuge, Inc. Please join the family and friends to celebrate Mike's life on Friday, October 8, 2021 at ZB Falcons Nest #80, 323 S Sheridan St, South Bend, IN 46619, from 2-5:00 PM.
