It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Mezykowski of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Casimir Mezykowski and Edna Mezykowski; his wife Janet Mezykowski; his children, Christopher Mezykowski (Brian) and Carolyn Mezykowski; his stepchildren, Robert Wojtkowski (Cynthia), Sean (Stephanie) and Nicole Jakey (Shreve); and his sister Ann Marie Duncan (William). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Michael's memory to Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Pl, Mishawaka, Indiana.
