She was predeceased by: her father Thomas McCarthy; and her brother Charles James McCarthy. She is survived by: her mother Edith McCarthy (Shubert); and her niece Megan Lynn McCarthy.

The family requests no flowers be sent to a private Catholic Mass, that will be held at a later date.
