He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin E. Rowley and Alice A. Rowley (VanCleave); his daughters, Cheryl Hennefeld and Kathi Rowley; his siblings, Darlene Scott and Dean Rowley; and his granddaughter Jessica Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Core; his daughters, Karen Goff (Richard) of Knoxville, Chris Marshall of Knoxville, Teresa Williams (Lane) of Knoxville and Tana Rowley of Onida, SD; his son-in-law Brian Hennefeld; his stepchildren, Trisa Lilley of Granger, Lisa Campbell of Granger, DeJ DeJong (Debra) of Pella, IA, Vaun DeJong and Chaun DeJong (Heidi) of Marion, IA; and his siblings, Louise Dennison of Knoxville, Larry Rowley (Roseann) of Knoxville and Gary Rowley (Suzanne) of Knoxville. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
