He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard Worstell; his stepfather Charley "Fuzz" Bradley; and his close friend Brett Madden. He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Worstell (Jay Bourdo) of Hilliard and Shawn Washburn (Dawn Maran) of Indiana; his siblings, Tyler Bourdo, Makalyn Washburn and Sky DeWeese; and his grandparents, Karen, Richie Allen, Janet Lewis, Thomas, Alice Washburn, Robin and Charles Hummel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous good friends.
