It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Shelton of South Bend, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Higbie and Geneva Higbie (Payne); her husband Melvin Shelton; and her daughter Laura K. Hiott. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Allan, Terry Hiott, David Hiott, Susan Gratton, Mark Hiott and Tony Hiott; and her brother Thomas Higbie (Jan). She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
