He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel C. Elkins and Gladys Elkins (Farmer). He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Stull); his children, David R. Elkins (Margaret) of Bloomington, IN, Kevin Elkins (Amy) of Edwardsburg, MI and Roberta Giebler (Alan) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Addison, Madeline Elkins, Alexandria Elkins, Ashley and Jennifer Giebler; his sister Doris Walter of Montezuma, IN; and his pets, Rufus and Willow.
