He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph M. Layne, Sr. and Reba L. Layne (Kuzuski); and his sisters, Gloria Layne and Heni Ries. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Foldesi (Mike) of Ft. Wayne and Ralph M. "Monty" Layne, III (Michele) of Lakeville; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Dominic, Brandon Layne, Alison Pierce and Francine Foldesi. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
