He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Winger; his children, Michael Riggs (Ann), Ashley Riggs, Nathan Riggs (Kaley) and Shelby Danch (Nelson); his grandchildren, Pierce Riggs, Braxton Riggs, Harley Danch, Isabelle Danch and Luna Danch; and his siblings, Jerry "Dud" Riggs, Gregory "Buck" Riggs (Tammy), Peggy Sherman, Barb Riggs, John Riggs (Pattie), Rick Riggs, Phyllis Murdick and Sally Riggs.
