He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Debby Clark. He is survived by: his former wife Annie Ruth Smith (Adams); his wife Sharon Smith (May); his children, Terry Anne Scheibelhut (Tommy) of South Bend, IN and Gary Smith of South Bend, IN; and his stepdaughters, Tammy Thallas of Fort Meyers, FL and Pam Rosebaum of LaPorte, IN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
